| 1. | NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. The AgriTalk Great Holiday Giveaway ("Promotion") is sponsored by Vance Media Corporation, d.b.a. Doane Broadcasting "AgriTalk" ("Sponsor"). Promotion begins at 10:00 a.m. CST on November 11, 2005 and ends at 8:00 a.m. CST on December 23, 2005 ("Promotion Period"). |
| 2. | The Promotion is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States (including the District of Columbia, but excluding New York and Florida) ages 21 or older, except the employees of Sponsor and its related companies, Deere & Company, and each of their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the families of each. This promotion is void where prohibited. All taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. |
| 3. | Entries must be submitted electronically via Sponsor's web site at www.agritalk.com ("Web Site"). All entries must be received on or before the end of the Promotion Period or they will be void. One entry per person. Duplicate entries will be void. To enter via the Web Site, go to the Web Site, click on the "Great Holiday Giveaway" link and completely full out and submit the electronic entry form. Incomplete entries will be void. |
| 4. | One (1) grand prize winner will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted at the offices of AgriTalk, 11701 Borman Drive, Suite 300, St. Louis MO 63146, on or about December 23, 2005. |
| 5. | The one (1) grand prize winner will, subject to verification, receive a John Deere TS Gator ("Prize") with an approximate retail value of $6,199. The Prize will be delivered by a John Deere dealer near the winner and includes setup in that dealer's sole discretion. Prize will not be shipped outside of the 48 contiguous United States (including, without limitation, Prize will not be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii). All details, options and color of the Prize will be decided by Sponsor or Deere & Company in their sole discretion. Winners will be notified by telephone and/or registered mail on or about December 23, 2005. If sponsor is unable to reach the selected winning entrant after a reasonable attempt or the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the Prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. The winner assumes all liability and releases and holds Sponsor, all AgriTalk affiliate stations, Deere & Company, the local John Deere dealer that coordinates delivery, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agencies harmless from all claims that may arise from participation in this Promotion, the use and/or misuse of the Prize or for any technical, network or telephone problems or viruses associated with the Promotion or Web Site. SPONSOR MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATIVE TO THE USE OR ENJOYMENT OF THE PRIZE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ITS QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. By entering this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these rules. All entries become property of Sponsor and none will be returned. |
| 6. | Winners will be required to sign a waiver of liability and affidavit of eligibility ("Winner Documents"). Except where prohibited by law, consent to use winner's name and photo will be required for promotional purposes without additional compensation, review or approval. Winner's compliance with these requirements must be received within 21 days after notification is mailed or Prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. If Winner Documents are returned as undeliverable, Prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. |
| 7. | AgriTalk reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for violation of these rules. Decisions of AgriTalk shall be final and binding. |
| 8. | Prize is not transferable. Winner may not receive cash redemption. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should the Prize be unavailable for any reason. AgriTalk is a trademark of Vance Media Corporation, d.b.a. Doane Broadcasting. |

VT residents may omit return postage.
